The exercise period for Xpecunia Nordic’s warrant (TO2) starts today. The exercise price is set at SEK 0.70

The exercise period for Nordic Xpecunia AB‘s (“Xpecunia”, the “Company”) series of warrants 2022/2023 (“TO2”) starting today, 23 January 2023. The exercise price is set by SEK 0.70. The exercise period lasts until 15 February 2023.

During September 2022, Nordic Xpecunia AB a series of free warrants 2022/2023 (TO2) was issued to existing shareholders. It was the record date 2 September 2022. Shareholders received one warrant for every eight shares they held.
Exercise period
Warrant holders wishing to subscribe for warrant-backed shares may exercise their TO2 warrants between 23 January and 15 February 2023.
Price exercise
The exercise price (the price at which new shares are subscribed through the exercise of the warrants) is set at SEK 0.70 per share. The exercise price was calculated as 70% of the volume weighted average price during the measurement period (last 5 trading days: 16-20 January 2023).
Issue of proceeds
4,573,109 series TO2 warrants were issued. If all warranties are exercised, Nordic Xpecunia will get approx SEK 3.2 million before deducting any costs.
Trade in TO2
The warrants will be traded until 10 February 2023. Warranties not sold or exercised prior to this date will expire and become worthless.
