Nick Jonas’ memory reel was accompanied by a mashup of two iconic songs. It highlighted all their precious moments from 2022.
Nick Jonas surprised his fans with how he welcomed 2023 with a throwback video. But that was not the only thing that affected everyone. It was the choice of song he used for his montage video which included a glorious year with his wife and actress Priyanka Chopra and his daughter Malti Marie Chopra through some rare and unseen clips from their glamorous life.
Just before the 12 clock came, Nick Jonas took to his Instagram handle to post the video that started when he hit a ball on the golf course and after that there were rare pictures of Malti and Priyanka Chopra, the footprints of Malta, close to him. Priyanka Chopra’s weak Maltese hands touching her face, pictures and videos of her celebrating Holi and Diwali, various bits of her with her guitar from several Jonas Brothers concerts. To pack that, he used a mashup of Shershah’s iconic song Raatan Lambiyan and Lauv’s chartbuster ‘I Like Me Better When I Am With You’. His caption said, “What a year! I can’t wait to see what 2023 brings. Happy New Year everyone.”
As soon as he shared this curated reel, several fans hit his post with some really loving comments. One of them wrote, “Love this song! Happy New Year to you and your family!” Another said, “This song (heart-eye emojis)”. A fan said, “Jiju promoting a Bollywood song!” Someone else said, “Jiju ki national anthem choice (coin emoji)”.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra shared the same reel on her Instagram Stories. Along with the video, she wrote, “See you soon 2023!” She also tagged Nick Jonas with a heart emoji.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas welcomed their first daughter in January last year. Later in May, PeeCee announced that her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas was finally home after spending 100 days in the NICU. “On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these past few months and the rollercoaster we’ve had, which we now know, which many people have also experienced. After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home,” she wrote.
