Harvey Weinstein demanded actress Natassia Malthe join threesome: court hears

Bizarre sex offender Harvey Weinstein asked one of his alleged victims to join him in a threesome, two months after she claimed he raped her, a Los Angeles jury heard on Wednesday.

Norwegian actress Natassia Malthe said she walked into the disgraced producer at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills in April 2008.

Testifying at Weinstein’s sexual assault trial, the model-turned-actress said she was tricked into visiting the former big-name producer’s hotel suite under the pretense that he would talk to her about film parts.

When she entered the room, another woman was already inside with him.

“They tried to make me have a threesome with them,” Marser said through tears. “I’ve said I don’t want to.  … and this [woman] The person I thought was the whore was like, ‘Oh, she’s so shy,’ and then she and Weinstein were laughing. She gave him blowjob. “

Malthe claims another woman is “coaxing” her into donning the robe and joining them.

“He’s got a fucking chokehold on you, knowing that if you don’t obey, your career is going to go down the drain … that’s not right,” Malter said of Weinstein.

In her testimony, Malthe was one of many women who testified against Weinstein’s alleged sexual misconduct, which she said happened two months after Weinstein allegedly raped her in a London hotel, around the same time as the 2008 U.K. Academy of Motion Picture and Television Arts Awards.

In that incident, Malser said Weinstein forced his way into her hotel room and pushed her onto a bed. She said she saw a large hole in his stomach when he inserted his penis into her vagina.

Other accusers described Weinstein’s sex organs in various unflattering ways after he underwent surgery to move his testicles into his thigh after contracting a disease called Fournier gangrene.

During the meeting, Weinstein allegedly asked her to think about “all the Oscars” that people had won, and that “everyone had to go through him; meaning — compliance.”

“It didn’t last long because I was just playing dead, so I had zero reaction,” Malthe said. “He got off me and ended himself. He shot into his hand.”

During that time, Weinstein was known as “a phone call that beat Harvey” because he could make or break the career of the most powerful man in Hollywood, the actress said.

Malthe said about three or four years later, she met Weinstein at a party attended by Nicole Kidman and Lady Gaga, and he pulled her aside and told her, “I thought you were going to the tabloids,” meaning she was going to sell a story about him. s story.

When she allegedly replied that she would never “hang out with the most powerful people in Hollywood,” Weinstein replied, “It pays off to be my friend.”

In another meeting in 2011, Malte said she and a friend met Weinstein at a restaurant, and Weinstein invited them to his New York office.

However, once they were inside, Malthe said Weinstein tried to force her friend to perform oral sex on him. When her friend refused, Malthe claims Weinstein pulled her into another room and pulled down his pants.

“He just undid it, took it out,” she said of Weinstein’s private parts. “He pulled it out.”

She said he touched her while masturbating.

“I don’t know how to respond,” Marser said. “I was humiliated in front of my friends.”

During cross-examination, defense attorney Mark Waxman questioned her about the alleged rape.

“You never actually told Mr. Weinstein that you didn’t want to have sex that night, did you,” the defense attorney asked.

“I did, and I told him I don’t do ‘casting,'” Malthe said, referring to the supposed practice of actors or actresses using sexual favors to land roles in movies or other projects.

“You didn’t say no, you didn’t say ‘get off my bed.’ You said, ‘I don’t do the casting sofa thing,'” Werksman asked.

“He’s so entitled, he just pushes you down,” Malthe replied.

“My question is, did you actually say, ‘No, I don’t want to have sex with you, Mr. Weinstein,'” Waxman pressed.

Marser replied that she hadn’t refused.

Asked why she decided to go to the Peninsula two months after the row, Marser said, “I don’t feel like I have a choice.”

Werksman asked her if she ever said to herself, “I can’t believe you’ve put me in this situation for the fifth time. I’m getting out.”

Malcer replied no and said she still agreed to watch Weinstein take a shower.

“I was actually nice to him because I wanted to help him,” Matt said.

The trial continued on Thursday. If convicted on all counts, Weinstein — who has already served a lengthy prison sentence for sex crimes in New York — faces 65 years to life in prison.
